How it works
From factory product
to your brand.
We are a sourcing agent. You buy direct from the factory at the factory's price; we find the product, check it, handle samples and branding, and follow your order through to shipping.

Build your quote basket
Browse the range and add products with a rough quantity and how you want them branded. Send one request for quote for the whole basket.
Written spec and quote
We confirm the spec with the factory and send a written quote: material, size, branding method, minimums, sample timing, lead time and an estimated landed cost into South Africa. Terms come with your quote.
Sample and artwork
You approve a physical sample, with your branding where practical, and sign off the artwork proof. Nothing is made before you approve.
Order and deposit
You place the order with the factory, which invoices you directly. The payment terms are the ones written in your quote.
Production and checks
We follow production with the factory, including checks during the run and a packaging check before it ships.
Freight and delivery
The goods are shipped to South Africa. Your clearing agent clears them and they are delivered to you.

How we are paid
We are paid a commission on orders we source. It is disclosed in writing in your quote before you commit, so you always know what you are paying for and to whom. The factory invoices you for the goods.
There is no fee to send an enquiry or get a quote.
What we will not do
- Publish prices that turn out to be wrong once branding, freight and the exchange rate are added.
- Promise a minimum or a lead time the factory has not confirmed in writing.
- Start production before you have approved a sample.
- Show your artwork or prices to another retailer.
