Pilot

Pooled orders.
Share the run, keep your brand.

A pooled order lets three or four retailers share one production run of the same base product. The metal is identical; each retailer gets their own logo, tag, packaging, quote and invoice. It helps smaller retailers into private label without carrying a full factory minimum alone.

Why it helps

The base product minimum is shared, so each retailer can order less than they would alone. Branding and packaging minimums still apply per retailer.

How a pooled run comes together

Six steps, no surprises.

  1. Register interest

Tell us which product and roughly how many. It is a waitlist, not a commitment, and costs nothing.

  2. Feasibility check

We confirm the base spec and branding methods with the factory, and how many retailers the run needs.

  3. Your own quote

Each retailer gets an individual quote and landed estimate. Nobody sees anyone else’s numbers.

  4. Sample and artwork

You approve a sample and your own artwork. Every brand is signed off separately.

  5. Run confirmed, then deposits

Once enough retailers have committed in writing, we confirm the run. Only then are deposits requested. If a confirmed run does not proceed, every deposit is refunded in full.

  6. Production and freight

One run, inspected before it ships. Each retailer’s goods are packed and documented separately.

What it is not

  • Not a group buy with a shared brand. Every retailer sells under their own name.
  • Not guaranteed. If not enough retailers commit, the run is not confirmed and no deposits are requested. If a confirmed run does not proceed, deposits are refunded in full.
  • Not a way around branding minimums. Those still apply per retailer.

Common questions

Will other retailers see my brand or prices?

No. Artwork, quotes and invoices are kept separate for each retailer. The only thing shared is the base production run.

What if not enough retailers commit?

The run is not confirmed, so no deposit is ever requested and you have paid nothing for it. You can choose to order on your own at the solo minimum, wait for the next round, or walk away.

Do I still pay for my own packaging minimum?

Yes. Branding and packaging minimums apply per retailer, which is why simple swing tags, header cards or sleeves suit pooled runs best.

Which products can be pooled?

We are piloting with one product first, a rolling grill basket. If the pilot works, we will add more products that sell across several kinds of store.
