Everything a factory needs to quote.
The same fields as our quote basket, as a sheet you can print and fill in by hand or a CSV for Excel or Google Sheets. Use it to prepare your answers, then enter them in your quote basket.
Before you start
- Use this template to prepare your answers, then enter them in your quote basket. The basket is how a request reaches us.
- One entry per product. The basket holds one entry for each product, so if you want a second packaging or logo option for the same product, write it in that product's note.
- Quantity bands start at each product's MOQ. In the basket, bands that end below the MOQ are replaced by "Below MOQ: ask about pooled orders", and the band the MOQ falls inside starts at the MOQ. For example, a product with an MOQ of 1,500 would show 1,500 to 2,999.
- Logo methods depend on the material. In the basket, heat branding is only offered on products with a wooden part, and laser etching only on products with a metal part.

Products
One line per product. The choices under the table are the full lists; for each product the basket shows only the ones that fit it.

Choices for the product columns
- Product: Free text. Name or link from the range, so the factory quotes the exact item.
- Quantity: Not sure yet / 100 to 299 / 300 to 499 / 500 to 999 / 1,000 to 2,999 / 3,000 or more / Pooled order (share a run) / Below MOQ: ask about pooled orders. Sets which minimum applies and the price break. The basket only shows the bands from each product's MOQ up.
- Exact units: Free text, optional. A firm number gets a firmer price than a band.
- Packaging: Not sure yet, please advise / Factory standard, no branding / Printed colour box / Hanging backer card / Window box / Kraft box with printed sleeve / Swing tag on a zip tie / Header card on a polybag / Blister card (clamshell) / Logo on the product / Custom development (new shape or size). Packaging often has its own minimum and changes carton size and freight.
- Logo method: Not sure yet / No logo / Laser etching / Heat branding on wood / Logo plate or tag / Printed storage bag or case. Each method has its own setup. The basket only shows the methods that suit each product's material.
- Note for this product: Free text, optional. Size, colour, set count. Up to 200 characters.
- I would like a sample of this product: Yes / No. Lets the factory plan sample timing and cost with the quote.
